Job Summary
Assist in identifying and sourcing prospective tenants for commercial properties.
Support senior team members in leasing transactions and client coordination.
Maintain property listings and databases of available commercial spaces.
Coordinate and schedule site visits with prospective clients.
Prepare and share proposals brochures and leasing documents.
Assist in lease negotiations under guidance from the senior team.
Keep track of leasing pipeline and prepare regular reports.
Liaise with landlords property owners and brokers for property listings and updates.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis in target micro-markets.
Support documentation due diligence and compliance processes.
