In addition to research and intelligence-gathering activities the Industrial Trainee will assist in the review of financial statements accounting records and business documentation to support investigative assignments. Given the sensitive nature of client engagements the role requires strict adherence to confidentiality requirements and the highest standards of professional ethics integrity and independence.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the review and analysis of financial statements accounting records ledgers and supporting documentation to identify inconsistencies trends and areas requiring further investigation.
- Conduct detailed reviews of corporate regulatory financial and transactional documents in support of investigations due diligence assignments and intelligence engagements.
- Support data compilation financial analysis reconciliations and preparation of workpapers under the supervision of case managers and engagement teams.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client information investigation findings proprietary data and internal work products at all times.
- Demonstrate the highest standards of professional ethics integrity independence and objectivity in all assignments.
- Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with applicable laws regulatory requirements firm policies and professional standards.
- Exercise sound judgment in the handling of sensitive information and escalate potential compliance ethical or confidentiality concerns appropriately.
Requirements
- Pursuing Chartered Accountancy and eligible for Industrial Training under ICAI regulations.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles financial statements and corporate financial reporting.
- Ability to review analyze and interpret financial and business documents with attention to detail.
- High degree of integrity discretion and professionalism when handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Strong ethical mindset intellectual curiosity and commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Ability to maintain objectivity and exercise sound professional judgment in investigative and analytical work.
