Trade Compliance Analyst II

As a Trade Compliance Analyst II here at Honeywell you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with international trade regulations which is essential for the smooth flow of cross-border transactions. By developing and implementing trade compliance policies and procedures you will help minimize risks and avoid penalties related to import and export violations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct HTS classification and determination for Honeywell products.
• Manage HS codes across multiple destination countries.
• Collaborate with engineering supply chain and customs brokers to obtain technical specifications for accurate product classification.
• Interpret Chapter Notes and Customs Rulings.
• Audit SAP/GTS systems to ensure tariff schedules are updated and maintained accurately.
• Record keeping
• Support customs authority audits.
