Could you be the full-time Automation and Performance Tester in our dynamic team based in Bangalore were looking for

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive software testing expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside innovative dedicated and supportive teammates.

Youll contribute to the excellence of our products by ensuring software quality and performance. Day-to-day youll work closely with software development teams (developers product managers and UX designers) design and maintain automated test scripts and much more.

Youll specifically take care of creating and executing performance test strategies identifying bottlenecks through stress and load testing and establishing the performance test process from the ground up.

• Collaboration with software development teams to align on product requirements and test automation opportunities

• Design development and maintenance of automated test scripts

• Participation in performance test requirements reviews for critical projects

• Creation and execution of performance test strategies and plans

• Setting up performance test processes

• Identification and analysis of performance bottlenecks

• Execution of automated tests for software functionality performance and reliability

• Analyzing test results and reporting defects collaborating with developers for resolution

• Active participation in Agile/Scrum ceremonies

• Continuous improvement of testing processes through optimization and automation

• Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in test automation

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field

• Over all 7years of experience

• Proven experience (3 years) as an Automation Tester or similar role in software testing

• At least 2 years of experience in Performance Testing with expertise in LoadRunner.

• Proficiency in test automation tools such as UFT LoadRunner and Eggplant.

• Strong programming skills in languages such as VBScript Java Python.

• Experience with test automation and performance frameworks

• Solid understanding of software testing principles methodologies and practices

• Familiarity with CI/CD processes preferably with GIT LAb/Jenkins hands-on experience

• Ability to thrive in Agile/Scrum development environments

• Excellent communication collaboration attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
