Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Position Description:
Looking for a Test Lead- QA Automation Playwright with strong hands-on experience across playwright. The candidate should be capable of independently developing troubleshooting and supporting enterprise applications and working effectively with cross-functional teams.

Expertise in both Automation and Manual Testing.
Strong experience with Selenium based automation framework including UI database and API testing.
Ability to lead the QA stream across the Collateral platform.
Partner closely with Business Analysts and Operations teams to understand requirements and define effective testing strategies.
Drive QA governance process standardization test planning execution and continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience managing end to end quality assurance activities and mentoring QA team members.
