Tendering Engineer Substation | Mumbai

We are hiring an experienced Tendering Engineer for reputed EPC Company

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare technical and commercial tenders for substation projects.

• Study and analyze RFQs tender documents specifications BOQ and client requirements.

• Prepare cost estimates BOQ material take-off and pricing for AIS/GIS substations.

• Coordinate with Engineering Procurement Projects and Commercial teams for tender preparation.

• Prepare technical compliance statements deviations and clarifications.

• Obtain and evaluate quotations from vendors/subcontractors.

• Prepare price comparison statements and finalize competitive rates.

• Support preparation of technical and commercial proposals within tender deadlines.

• Analyze project scope specifications drawings and contractual requirements.

• Participate in pre-bid meetings and client/vendor discussions.

• Maintain tender documentation and ensure compliance with client specifications and applicable standards
