Technician Warehouse

1. Receipt of raw and packing material.

2. Operation and cleaning of Stacker.

3. Receipt of finished goods from packing department and dispatch of finished goods.

4. Label pasting on containers of received consignments of raw & packing materials.

5. To keep the material on the rack and to maintain the location chart.

6. Shifting of raw and packing material as per material current status.

7. Providing the material for sampling and dispensing.

8. Dispensing of Raw & Packing material & on line documentation of all activity.

9. Handling of RM & PM rejection & Expired material.

10. Calibration and verification of weighing balances.

11. Maintain all the Warehouse area as per cGMP.

12. All time readiness for internal and external regulatory audit and compliance.

13. To fill up and maintain the records as per cGDP .

14. To be responsible to take part and give input & suggestion for quality and compliance

monitoring - QMS elements ( Change control Deviation OOS OOT Incident CAPA

Complaints QRM etc.).

15. To ensure the compliance on Data integrity GMP GDP.

16. To ensure the statutory legal and safety norms compliance in warehouse department.

17. To ensure completion of necessary /assigned SOP/module/quality event based trainings

before initiating GMP work.
