Technical Writer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our this role you will create and maintain high-quality documentation for both hardware and software products ensuring clarity accuracy and usability for a variety of audiences.

The ideal candidate will work closely with product teams engineers and other stakeholders to deliver content that supports product understanding and successful usage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a variety of documentation including application notes user manuals installation guides and datasheets.
• Translate complex technical information into clear concise and accessible documentation.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and validate information.
• Ensure consistency and alignment with established style guides terminology and tone.
• Manage documentation using content management systems or documentation tools.

Requirements:

• 35 years of experience in technical writing
• Experience working with hardware products a must. Familiarity with software documentation an advantage
• Proficiency with documentation platforms or content management systems; experience with Paligo an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Self-motivated proactive and collaborative mindset
