Technical Support Professional

• Technical customer support and service for national Solar & Energy customers and internal interfaces

• Recording documenting and handling support cases in accordance with process standards including the continuous forwarding of customer feedback

• Coordinating delivering and documenting technical services following management approval (e.g. service assignments trade show participation and customer training)

• Proactively sharing expertise within the national support team and across relevant departments

• Creating translating and adapting technical documentation and training materials to meet national and regional requirements

• All other duties as assigned by management (e.g. nomination for projects/desks)

• Technical education

• Additional professional qualifications obtained through continuing education or several years of professional experience

• Professional experience in technical support

• English language skills and/or local language at a level appropriate for the position
