Technical Project Manager

Your Responsibilities: 

• Plan coordinate and oversee end-to-end execution of digital and transformation projects
• Align projects with business strategy ensuring high impact and value delivery.
• Work closely with product managers engineers and stakeholders to define project scope goals deliverables and timelines
• Facilitate executive reviews and lead critical project discussions with business and technology leaders.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path activities
• Monitor and control project progress manage risks and issues and adjust plans as needed
• Ensure clear documentation of project milestones decisions risks and changes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and ensure timely delivery
• Provide regular project status updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders
• Support the implementation and adherence to standardized project management practices
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team

Qualifications :

Qualifications-

• Overall 8 years of experience in Project Management.
• 5 years of experience in the technology industry.
• Proven experience in delivering technical projects such as technology upgrades decommissioning of IT solutions Activation of large-scale tech projects delivery of standard techs stack such as Oracle SAP ERP etc..
• Proven experience as project manager delivering projects without being in a leadership for the project team.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile Scrum or Waterfall)
• Proficiency in project planning tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence MS Project etc.)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Bachelors degree in business Technology or a related field
• Project Management certification (e.g. PMP Prince2 Scrum Master) is a plus
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
