This is a rare leadership opportunity for a recognized industry expert who has successfully delivered hyperscale colocation enterprise or mission-critical facilities and is ready to influence the regions most strategic digital infrastructure investments.

The Opportunity

You will act as the technical authority for Data Center projects across the MESA region partnering with global hyperscalers cloud providers institutional investors developers and government agencies.

You will drive:

• Technical excellence and design governance
• Client advisory and strategic consulting
• Regional capability building and talent development
• Innovation in sustainability resilience and digital delivery
• Growth of the Data Center practice across multiple markets

What Youll Lead

• Technical oversight of hyperscale and mission-critical projects from concept through commissioning.
• Definition and implementation of regional data center design standards and best practices.
• Strategic client engagement with hyperscale cloud colocation and enterprise customers.
• Multi-disciplinary engineering leadership across Civil Structural Mechanical Electrical ICT Fire & Sustainability.
• Technical reviews design assurance and risk management.
• Support for major pursuits bids and strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications :

A proven industry leader with:

• 18 years of engineering consulting and mission-critical experience
• Deep expertise in Data Center design and delivery
• Demonstrated success on hyperscale or large-scale colocation facilities
• Strong knowledge of Uptime Institute TIA-942 ASHRAE NFPA and international standards
• Track record of leading high-performing multidisciplinary teams
• Strong business development and client management capability
• Experience operating across international markets
