Job Description:
We are looking for an experiencedTechnical Program Managerwith 12 years of experience in managing large-scale technology programs preferably within thee-commerce domain. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background inJava Microservices AWS and Kafka along with proven experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple technology programs fromplanning through delivery ensuring scope timelines budgets and quality are met.
• Drive end-to-end delivery ofJava-based microservices and cloud-native applications.
• Work closely with Engineering Architecture Product QA DevOps and Business teams to ensure successful program execution.
• Provide technical oversight for solutions built usingJava Spring Boot Microservices Kafka and AWS.
• Manage dependencies risks issues and cross-team coordination across multiple projects.
• Define program roadmaps milestones delivery plans and success metrics.
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective execution across development teams.
• Partner with architects and engineering leads to drivescalable highly available and secure solutions.
• Manage integrations and event-driven architectures usingKafka and microservices.
• Drive cloud adoption and optimization acrossAWS-based environments.
• Ensure adherence to engineering best practices architecture standards security and quality processes.
• Communicate program status risks dependencies and key decisions to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements automation and operational efficiency.
• Ensure successful production releases post-production stabilization and continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

• 12 years of overall IT experience with significant experience in technical program/project management.
• Strong technical understanding ofJava and Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on understanding ofSpring Boot REST APIs and distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge ofApache Kafkaand event-driven architecture.
• Extensive experience withAWS cloud services and cloud-native architectures.
• Mandatory experience working on large-scale e-commerce projects.
• Experience managing complex integrations APIs and enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of SDLC Agile/Scrum CI/CD DevOps and software engineering practices.
• Experience working with globally distributed and cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand complex technical architectures and translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with high-volumee-commerce platforms order management payments catalogs inventory checkout or fulfilment systems.
• Exposure to Kubernetes Docker Terraform or other cloud-native technologies.
• Experience with observability performance engineering and application scalability.
• PMP SAFe Scrum Master or other relevant program/project management certification is a plus.
