Roles & Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of servant leadership facilitation situational awareness conflict resolution continuous improvement team empowerment and transparency.
• Lead Agile ceremonies across multiple teams (Sprint Planning Daily Scrum Sprint Review Retrospective).
• Partner with Product and Engineering to improve backlog readiness sprint commitment quality and release outcomes.
• Design build and maintain Jira dashboards for sprint health release readiness dependency tracking and risk visibility.
• Analyze delivery metrics (velocity burndown cycle time lead time spillover defect leakage) to identify patterns and improvement opportunities.

Must Have Skills:

• Hands-on expertise in Jira dashboard creation and advanced JQL.
• Excellent people stakeholder project coordination skills and strong communication and presentation skills.
• Track and visualize dependencies blockers and delivery risks; proactively drive resolution.
