Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead Java to lead the design development and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java Spring Boot Microservices and Kong API Gateway. The role involves leading technical teams designing robust backend services developing modern front-end applications and ensuring high-quality software delivery using Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design development and implementation of enterprise-grade web applications using Java technologies.
Design and develop scalable Microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
Configure and manage APIs using Kong API Gateway.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners QA DevOps and Business Analysts.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the development team.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning stand-ups retrospectives and backlog grooming.
Work closely with DevOps teams to automate deployments and improve CI/CD pipelines.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Nice to Have
Experience with event-driven architecture.
Knowledge of messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Exposure to monitoring tools like Prometheus Grafana or ELK Stack.
