Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of acquisition officers for portfolio growth & monitoring to generate revenue
- Drive banking products and achieve team productivity
- Acquire corporates to start banking relations
- Monitor team performance and provide handling/support.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and KYC norms.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2 5 years of banking sales experience preferably in Branch banking
- Team handling experience preferred.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
