Purview of a Team Lead
Consumables Management & Motherbags Recirculation: Own end-to-end management of INSC warehouse consumables including procurement inventory tracking and Motherbags recirculation. Ensure optimal stock levels minimize wastage and drive cost-efficient replenishment cycles for uninterrupted operations.

BAU & Peak Readiness Planning: Develop and execute consumables and IT4M supply plans for both BAU and peak periods. Proactively forecast demand surges build buffer strategies and ensure zero-disruption readiness during high-volume events.

IT4M Requirements Ownership: Manage all IT4M (IT for Maintenance) requirements for INSC including identification prioritization and timely resolution of IT infrastructure and equipment needs to support warehouse operations across BAU and peak.

Stakeholder Coordination & Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations Procurement IT Finance) to streamline consumables and IT4M workflows. Drive continuous improvement initiatives track KPIs and publish regular MBRs to ensure accountability and cost efficiency.

- Bachelors degree
- Speak write and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

- Experience with Excel
