Team Lead, Learning & Development
Job Summary
Strategy & Needs Analysis: Partner with department heads and manager to identify skills gaps and align training programs with overarching business goals.
Program Design & Delivery: Oversee the creation implementation and evaluation of blended learning programs (e-learning workshops mentorships and leadership tracks).
LMS Management: Supervise the administration of our Learning Management System (LMS) ensuring high engagement and accurate tracking of compliance and development metrics.
ROI & Analytics: Measure the effectiveness of training programs using key performance indicators (KPIs) and data-driven insights to continuously improve content.
- Bachelors degree
- 1 years of customer-facing environment warehousing logistics or manufacturing experience
- Speak write and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with Excel
- 3 years of customer-facing environment warehousing logistics or manufacturing experience
