Survey Research Project Coordinator

As a survey research project coordinator at Gallup youll be the driving force behind the flawless execution of global research projects. Working at the intersection of project coordination and international vendor management youll collaborate with in-country partners in India and across Asia to ensure timely high-quality data collection for the Gallup World Poll and other global research projects.

What Youll Do

• Own the full coordination process for survey data collection in India and across Asia
• Proactively manage vendor performance to ensure timeliness accuracy and compliance
• Monitor quality assurance processes flag risks early and resolve any issues
• Collaborate across internal teams in Asia Europe Africa Latin America and the U.S.
• Communicate confidently and clearly with partners from diverse backgrounds
• Support long-term documentation and tracking systems to improve future performance

What You Need

• Masters degree required
• At least two years of work experience in project management for face-to-face survey research required; experience with multi-country surveys a plus
• Masteryof Excel and Word required
• Proficiency in PowerPoint required
• Experience with statistical and data management software such as R preferred
• A commitment to working on-site at Gallups Bangalore office at least three days a week required
• Eligibility to work in India required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
