Ethera Diamonds is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Store Sales Executive to join our team at Pacific Mall Mansarovar Jaipur.

The role involves handling in-store sales understanding customer requirements providing product recommendations and delivering a premium jewelry buying experience.

• Handle customers visiting the store and provide a premium jewelry buying experience

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable diamond jewelry products

• Handle the end-to-end sales process including product presentation pricing explanation billing and after-sales support

• Build strong long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases

• Maintain proper product displays and ensure the store is maintained to premium standards

• Coordinate with the inventory team for product availability and stock requirements

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store performance

• Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders customization and delivery timelines

• Maintain accurate customer records and follow company sales processes

• Prior experience in diamond gold jewelry or luxury retail sales is mandatory

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Presentable personality with a customer-first attitude

• Strong sales and negotiation skills

• Good knowledge of jewelry products and customer handling

• Comfortable working in a retail store environment including weekends and holidays
