Job Description – Staff Nurse (GNM)
Location: Ulhasnagar
Position: Staff Nurse
Qualification: GNM (Maharashtra Nursing Council Registration Mandatory)
Shift: Rotational
Salary: Depends on interview and experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care and ensure patient safety at all times
- Monitor patient conditions record vital signs and report any changes to doctors
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist doctors during medical procedures and emergencies
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure proper hygiene and infection control practices
- Coordinate with healthcare teams for effective patient care
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans
Requirements:
- GNM qualified with valid Maharashtra Nursing Council (MNC) registration
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
