Staff Engineer, Full Stack Developer – Python + Java script

REQUIREMENTS:

Total experience: 5.5 years 
Strong hands-on expertise in JavaScript (ES6 async/await closures) and React.
Must-have strong proficiency in Python with production-grade development experience.
Hands-on experience with Flask or FastAPI for building REST APIs.
Strong experience with relational databases preferably PostgreSQL; MySQL/SQL Server is also acceptable.
Good understanding of database schema design joins indexing and query optimization.
Strong understanding of application architecture system design scalability and problem-solving.
Experience in end-to-end development from database schema and backend services to frontend UI.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex and ambiguous technical problems.
Experience with Git and version control best practices.
Good-to-have experience with Electron framework for desktop applications.
Good-to-have experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as ADK or LangGraph.
Experience with Swagger/OpenAPI Docker CI/CD and unit/integration testing is preferred.
Experience with Claude Code or other AI-assisted development tools is an added advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and develop production-grade full-stack web applications and REST APIs.
Build responsive and scalable frontend applications using JavaScript and React.
Develop robust backend services and APIs using Python with Flask/FastAPI.
Design and optimize relational database schemas queries indexes and data models.
Own end-to-end development from database design through backend services and user interface.
Participate in system design and develop scalable maintainable application architectures.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver effective solutions.
Develop and maintain API documentation using Swagger/OpenAPI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Follow Git coding testing and software development best practices.
Contribute to CI/CD and containerized deployments using Docker.
Explore and leverage AI-assisted development tools and Agentic AI frameworks where applicable.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.
