Sr Software Engineer-ServiceNow

We are seeking a skilledServiceNow Developerto design develop configure and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities follow best practices and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and implement ServiceNow solutions using best practices

• Customize ServiceNow applications usingBusiness Rules Client Scripts UI Policies Script Includes and Flow Designer

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules such asÏTSMCSMAPOMCOFinanceManagementEmployee Centre.

• Build and supportintegrationsusing REST SOAP MID Server andIntegrationHub

• Create and manageworkflowsFlowDesingerandETLIntegration HubDataFabric/Zero Copy Connectorstranformation

• Perform unit testing debugging and troubleshooting of platform issues

• Support platform upgrades patches and releases

• Collaborate with architects business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements

• Follow SDLC Agile/Scrum and change management processes

• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years of hands-onServiceNow development experience

• Strong experience withJavaScriptREST/SOAPAPIsand integrations

(server-side and client-side)

• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture

• Experience with (Source-to-Pay Order-to-Cash lifecycleAccounts payable Accounts receivable etc)

• Familiarity withCMDB andITSM

• Experience withotherApplication would be plus likeITOM HRSD.

• Understanding ofACLs roles and security best practices

• Experience working inAgile/Scrumenvironments

• ServiceNow certifications such as:

• Certified System Administrator (CSA)

• Certified Application Developer (CAD)

• Module-specific certifications (CSMITSMMCOetc.)

• Experience withServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting

• Knowledge ofUI Builder Service Portal and Workspace configuration

• Exposure toDevOps CI/CD and ATF (Automated Test Framework)

Education

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or equivalent experience
