Summary of the Role

Were looking for a Senior Software Engineer who takes pride in building high-quality software and enjoys tackling complex meaningful problems. This role ideal for a deeply experienced engineer who wants significant ownership strong technical influence and the ability to mentor others without formal team leadership responsibilities.

As a Senior Software Engineer youll be a technical thought partner to Product and Engineering leadership help shape solutions and architecture and raise the quality bar across the codebase through example guidance and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design build and maintain high-quality scalable software using Claude Code Azure services React C#
• Own complex features and systems end-to-end from design and implementation through delivery and iteration
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers Designers and Tech Leads to translate business needs into robust technical solutions
• Provide technical guidance and informal mentorship to engineers helping elevate code quality and engineering practices
• Participate in code reviews with a focus on maintainability performance and clean architecture
• Advocate for engineering best practices and help uphold high standards across the team
• Challenge assumptions and propose better technical solutions when appropriate
• Contribute to incident response debugging and continuous improvement of system reliability
• Support team growth by participating in technical interviews and knowledge sharing

What Were Looking For

• 7 years of professional software development experience
• Strong expertise in AI Engineering Azure C# and ecosystem
• Proven experience owning and delivering complex software systems
• Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and influence technical direction without formal authority
• A customer first mindset you care about outcomes not just implementations
• Comfortable collaborating with Product and Engineering leadership to solve ambiguous problems
• Ability to work effectively with a distributed team with reliable overlap during 9 AM 2 PM US Central Time
• Strong engineering fundamentals whether through formal education or a self-taught path driven by realworld experience
