Deliver SAP PS solutions for global project lifecycle management

Configure and optimize SAP PS across global projects

As a Sr. SAP Consultant Project System you will support and enhance SAP PS processes across the full project lifecycle including planning budgeting execution and closure. You will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate requirements into scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions ensuring accurate project costing reporting and governance.

Your responsibility will be to:

• Analyse business requirements and configure SAP PS solutions
• Configure WBS networks milestones budgeting result analysis methods and settlement
• Enable integration with FI/CO MM SD PM/EAM and HR/CATS modulesSupport testing problem-solving and issue resolution
• Prepare documentation and provide user training Set up a reliable and robust project reporting suitable for both management and project teams to track and visualize project progress results and variances using embedded analytics or in close collaboration with our data & AI team in Datasphere / MS Fabric.
• Assist with the analysis and verification of project results and postings coming from the PS result analysis method to identify the root cause of deviations.

This role is based in Chennai with collaboration across global teams and occasional international travel for knowledge transfer and training. You will report to the Senior Manager IT.

Collaborative SAP professional with global project mindset

You are detail-oriented collaborative and comfortable working in a multicultural environment. You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and approach challenges with a structured mindset. You enjoy being part of a team adding value to group efforts and staying open to new learning opportunities in SAP.

You also have:

• 8 years of experience in SAP PS implementation and support
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA including Universal Journal and Fiori
• Knowledge of SAP PS configuration (WBS budgeting settlement results analysis)
• Experience with cross-module integration (FI/CO MM SD PM/EAM CATS IM)
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance or a related field
