Sr. IT Recruiter India

The Senior IT Recruiter will lead end-to-end contractor and full-time hiring for technology roles across offshore (India). This role owns the full lifecycle recruiting processfrom workforce demand intake sourcing and screening to interview coordination offer negotiation and onboardingacross a broad range of technical skill sets.

You will plan and execute proactive sourcing strategies using multiple channelsto include trusted vendors recruitingtools and professional networks toidentifyhigh-quality technology contractors and build sustainable talent pipelines aligned to both immediate and long-term hiring needs. Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and internal stakeholders you will deliver market insights hiring recommendations and a consistently high-touch candidate experience.

This role is critical to ensuring thetimelydelivery of top-tier technical talent whilemaintainingstrong operational excellence andan outstandingexperience for candidates hiring managers and clients.

Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for contractor and Full-time roles across India markets.

• Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards LinkedIn internal databases and professional networks

• Conduct resume reviews and initial candidate screenings to assess technical skills experience and overall fit

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements define sourcing strategies and align on interview processes

• Develop and execute proactive recruiting strategies to support current and future IT staffing needs including building talent pipelines for high-demand skill sets

• Coordinate and schedule interviews ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams

• Lead offer discussions including compensation negotiation and support onboarding for selected candidates

• Maintainaccurateand up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)

• Drivetimelyclosure of requisitions whilemaintaininga strong focus on quality of hire

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with candidates and consultants to support ongoing hiring needs

• Participate in regular team meetings to provide updates on pipeline activity hiring progress and market insight

• Bachelors and/or equivalent work experience.

• Minimum6 years of experience in IT Staffing / Recruitment

• Experience working on offshore Contract and Full-time offshore hiring.

• Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter Naukri or similar job portals.

• Experience workingwith iCIMS or a similar ATS preferred.

• Ability to work in India and US time zones as.

• Experience working in a staffing or consulting environment is preferred.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities (KSAs)

• Experience recruiting for ERP technologies (PeopleSoft Oracle Cloud) and other IT roles.

• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
