Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end program management of advertising strategies for all HVEs (e.g Great Indian Festival Prime Day etc)
Demonstrate Bias for Action in developing and executing India-specific go-to-market strategies
Scale programs through data-driven decision making and continuous innovation
Strategic Leadership:
Drive innovation in advertising solutions while maintaining the bar high for operational excellence
Develop scalable frameworks that can be adopted across different event types
Identify and solve complex problems through simplified customer-centric solutions
Stakeholder Management:
Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales Product Tech and IN Events
Navigate ambiguous situations while maintaining high standards
Demonstrate ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority
Push back constructively when needed while maintaining strong relationships
- Knowledge of digital marketplace and understanding of the video competitive landscape
- MBA or advanced degree with 8 years of experience
- 5 years of experience in digital advertising or e-commerce in India
- Deep understanding of local commerce dynamics in Indian markets
- Experience working with medium and large businesses in India
- Track record of Thinking Big and driving innovation
- Experience building executing and scaling cross-functional programs or advertising campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
