Sr Campaign Ops Associate, Global Shared Service (GSS), Campaign Ops, Prime Video

As a GSS Campaign Operations Associate - Japanese Speaking you will be working on building campaigns for Amazon Prime Video by using the various marketing tools operations workflows and following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). You will be responsible for delivering the assigned campaigns on time with the right quality. You will also be responsible to learn and adapt to the new features and changes in the processes and following the SOP while creating this role you will also be responsible for updating the workflow tools and trackers to keep track of daily tasks. This role will need flexibility to work on rotational shifts as per business requirements



Key job responsibilities
Operations:
Fulfills objectives and KPI criteria for business such as SLA productivity and quality targets
Alerts managers/SMEs on problems or concerns in a proactive manner
Meets the daily goals on tasks allocated
Well versed with N2/3 kanjis and dealing with linguistic ambiguity where there would be close to less/no support

Quality and Process Excellence:
Expected to work on resolving customer facing trouble ticketing process with 100% SLA and
quality.
Comply with SOP or managers directions and make sure that tasks meet quality standards.
Associates have to spot/catch errors in the SOP content and expected to reach out to their
respective Subject matter experts for correcting the SOP.
Contributing towards process enhancement by offering automation ideas/Kaizens. Goal is to
complete at least 1 Kaizen/ 4 JDIs in a year.
Willing to be a part of deep dive to provide inputs to SMEs while doing root cause analysis

A day in the life
The Primary responsibility of the role is to perform marketing operations to improve visibility of the content in Amazon Prime Video.

The role will require the candidate to quickly understand the marketing tools and operation workflow tools.

Associate need to continuously adapt and learn new features of the program and improve on their acumen to quickly edit and fix up contents. Associate has to follow editing SOP to spot/catch errors in the content.

Associate needs to perform content quality check to qualify user experience for content viewing (flow and format quality).

About the team
Global Shared Services: Delivering operational excellence in campaign execution and design production across global markets. GSS manages end-to-end workflows for marketing campaigns ensuring high-quality creative content delivery at scale across Design Production and Campaign Operations teams.

- Speak write and read fluently in Japanese
- Completed under graduation (UG) in any stream
- Candidate should be familiar with excel function
- JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) - N2/3 certification
- Ability to communicate effectively
- The ability to understand Japanese used in everyday situations and in a variety of circumstances to a certain degree

- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced work environment driven by complex software systems and processes
- Self starter good team player
- Strong attention to detail in editing content and deep dive and identify root causes of issues
- Good at problem solving data analysis and troubleshooting issues related to content editing
- Good interpersonal skills to manage ongoing relationships with program team and inter operations teams
- Working knowledge of XML standards would be an added advantage
- Knowledge of or experience in Digital Marketing industry is a big plus
