Sr. Associate Product Team

About the Role:
As a Sr. Associate on the Product Team you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical development and strategic management of our products. This role requires a deep understanding of product management principles the software development lifecycle (SDLC) business analysis and testing processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with business objectives and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage product development initiatives from conception through implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Oversee the execution of testing strategies to guarantee product quality and performance.
• Facilitate the integration of new features and enhancements into existing products.
• Utilize structured methodologies to drive product innovation and strategic growth.
• Ensure compliance with international standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide analytical support and insights to improve product offerings and drive business success.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in product management business analysis and testing.
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a professional services firm or similar industry.
• Advanced certifications in product management or related fields.
