Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design and development for Airport and Commercial projects from concept to execution stage.
- Prepare and review design drawings detailed working drawings and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with structural MEP HVAC and other consultants to ensure integrated design solutions.
- Ensure compliance with aviation authority guidelines local building codes fire safety norms and regulatory standards.
- Review shop drawings material submittals and technical specifications.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
- Support tender documentation BOQ preparation and technical evaluation of vendors.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations.
- Mentor junior architects and guide the design team.
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones within budget constraints
Qualifications :
- Bachelors in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- 15 years of relevant experience in Airport and Commercial building projects.
- Strong knowledge of NBC international airport design standards and commercial building regulations.
