The Specialist II Cybersecurity role supports IFFs global technology organization by delivering outcomes within cybersecurity. This position partners with business and technology stakeholders to drive operational excellence innovation governance and continuous improvement. The role is expected to influence decisions appropriate to its level solve complex problems and contribute to the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

• Proficiency in data analysis reporting documentation and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience leveraging technology tools and platforms to support business objectives and operational excellence.

• Strong communication problem-solving and customer-focused capabilities.
• Demonstrated accountability adaptability and commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• Preferred certifications such as PMP Scrum ITIL CISSP CISM AWS Azure Snowflake Databricks Salesforce SAP or equivalent industry-recognized credentials.
