Role Descriptions
Spanish Collector Manage and follow up on overdue accounts with Spanish-speaking clients maintain excellent customer service during collections and resolve payment discrepancies efficiently.
Spanish QA Monitor and evaluate calls/interactions ensure process compliance and quality standards provide feedback sessions and help improve overall team performance.
Spanish Team Leader (TL) Lead and manage a team of Spanish-speaking associates drive team performance handle client escalations maintain KPIs and motivate the team to achieve targets.
Qualifications Proficiency in written & spoken Spanish and English Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Minimum 6 months of experience in US Spanish Voice Process / Collections / QA / Team Handling roles Strong problem-solving skills & attention to detail Ability to work in an on-site team-driven environment Knowledge of collection laws & regulations is an added advantage Language Requirement: Spanish (Mandatory)
