Spa Executive

The Spa & Wellness Executive will play a key role in the development management and delivery of our spa services and wellness programs. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in spa and wellness management excellent organizational skills and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Development & Management:

• Design and implement wellness and spa programs that align with our vision of longevity and holistic well-being.
• Develop and maintain a diverse range of spa treatments services and packages that cater to different guest needs and preferences.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually enhance our offerings.

Guest Experience:

• Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service from their initial contact through to the completion of their spa experience.
• Address guest inquiries feedback and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Personalize guest interactions and recommendations to enhance their overall spa experience.

Team Leadership & Training:

• Lead motivate and support spa staff including therapists and wellness practitioners ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to keep the team updated on new treatments techniques and wellness trends.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.

Operational Management:

• Oversee daily spa operations including scheduling inventory management and facility maintenance.
• Ensure that all spa equipment products and facilities are maintained to the highest standards of safety and hygiene.
• Monitor and manage the spa budget including tracking expenses managing inventory and maximizing revenue.

Marketing & Promotions:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies special offers and events that drive spa traffic and enhance guest engagement.
• Assist in creating engaging content for social media and other marketing channels to promote spa services and wellness programs.

Quality Control & Compliance:

• Ensure that all spa treatments and services are delivered in accordance with Fairmonts quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and monitor procedures to ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Wellness Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in spa management wellness program development or a similar role with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of wellness trends spa treatments and longevity practices.
• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in spa management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
