Job Summary

As the Procurement Management Specialist you thrive on working with your team to provide procurement expertise to assist stakeholders to plan develop source and manage procurement arrangements to effectively meet organisational and business objectives.

Key requirements include:

Proven experience leading end-to-end go-to-market activities including RFx events.
Demonstrated ability to conduct market research analyse industry trends and provide actionable market insights.
Strong expertise in spend analysis and spend management to identify opportunities and drive value.
Excellent stakeholder management influencing and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation.
Strong commercial acumen negotiation capability and experience managing multiple sourcing initiatives simultaneously.


Preferred Qualifications & Certifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering business Commerce Procurement Supply Chain Finance or a related discipline.
Professional procurement qualification such as MCIPS CIPS CPSM or equivalent preferred.
Experience with procurement and sourcing technologies (e.g. SAP 4 Hana Coupa Jaggaer SAP).
Knowledge of category management supplier relationship management and contract lifecycle management practices.
Project Management and/or Lean Six Sigma certification highly regarded.
Experience operating in large complex global organisations with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver commercial outcomes.

We are seeking aProcurement Sourcing Specialist (Band 3I)to support strategic sourcing and category management activities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of5 years experience in a strategic sourcing role within a large global organisationand a strong track record of delivering procurement outcomes.

This role will partner closely with business stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies deliver competitive procurement outcomes and support category objectives.
