Position Description: The business analyst (BA)s responsibilities will include understanding the counterparty credit exposure measurement for various products mapping source data to internal monitoring reporting e.g. Counterparty concentration Report; external regulatory reporting i.e. Large Exposure Frame (LEF) and Single Counterparty Credit Limit (SCCL); and supporting production related the BA will create mapping logic for counterparty credit exposure reporting or create requirement document and liaise with IT developers to communicate those requirements; and plan/coordinate all user testing coordinate implementation/migration as necessary and communicate (written and verbally) to project leadership team and or senior management on project status throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
Understanding various product attributes from upstream e.g. Lending product Facility Security Security Finance Transaction(SFT) and Derivative etc. Picking up new concept and applying it quickly e.g. LEF Risk Shifting for Credit Default Swap (CDS) SFT Derivative Guarantees and LC Fronting etc.
Must have Skills:
Proven BSA Experience in core banking systems. Strong Banking domain knowledge in the Risk Management (Counterparty Credit Risk)

Strong Banking domain knowledge in the Regulatory Reporting (Large Exposure Frame (LEF) Single Counterparty Credit Limit (SCCL))

Capital Market products too e.g. Derivative Securities and SFT; and have knowledge of Credit Exposure

Advance MSWord MS Project MS PowerPoint and MS Excel Visio MS Access
SQL reporting experience
SDLC lifecycle & Agile experience
Experience in systems implementation process improvements or systems re-engineering projects with a banking organization. Proven BSA Experience in core banking systems
Strong Banking domain knowledge in the Risk Management (Counterparty Credit Risk)
Strong Banking domain knowledge in the Regulatory Reporting (Large Exposure Frame (LEF) Single Counterparty Credit Limit (SCCL))
Capital Market products too e.g. Derivative Securities and SFT; and have knowledge of Credit Exposure
Good to Have Skills:
Experience in HIVE MS SQL server Teradata HUE Dremio etc
Domain knowledge (Investment Banking and Wholesale/Corporate Banking domains)

Banking concepts from Risk Shifting and Collateral/Guarantee Management like LEF Risk Shifting for Credit Default Swap (CDS) SFT Derivative Guarantees and LC Fronting et

Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
