Job Description

Basic Requirements

Technical Requirement:

• 4 years Java experience with strong expertise in Core Java and Web Technologies.
• Spring Framework & Spring Boot proficiency including RESTful Web Services.
• Multithreading & concurrency knowledge for building high-performance applications.
• Java EE platforms experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications.
• Database expertise (SQL/NoSQL) with hands-on query optimization and schema design.
• Microservices architecture understanding and experience in distributed systems.
• Version control systems like Git for collaborative development.
• Unit testing & automation (JUnit Mockito) with CI/CD pipeline exposure.
• Strong analysis and debugging skills with ability to resolve complex issues quickly.

Soft Skills:

• Communication skills with a positive collaborative attitude.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with logical and analytical thinking.
• Adaptability to embrace new challenges and emerging technologies.
