Job Summary

As a Full Stack Engineer a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires engaging with various stages of the development lifecycle ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with team members to innovate and implement solutions that enhance client services while embracing modern technologies and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.- Continuously evaluate and improve system performance and scalability.- Assist in mentoring junior team members and support their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PHP (Programming Language).- Strong knowledge of server-side scripting and web development frameworks.- Experience with database management and query optimization.- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript.- Understanding of cloud computing concepts and agile development practices.- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in PHP (Programming Language).- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
