Role Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in backend development API design and system integrations
- Develop and maintain automation workflows scripts and business logic
- Contribute to frontend components such as dashboards and user interfaces
- Work on AI-enabled automation use cases including integration of intelligent systems
- Perform debugging testing and performance optimization of applications
- Collaborate with engineering and implementation teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Support technical documentation code reviews and system design activities
- Adhere to coding standards version control practices and development workflows
Educational Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Computer Engineering or a related technical discipline
Technical Skills
- Strong programming fundamentals in languages such as JavaScript Python or Java
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
- Knowledge of frontend technologies including HTML CSS and JavaScript
- Basic understanding of databases data structures and SQL
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts

Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT Engineering or related field 15 years of experience in SaaS / CRM / ERP / HRMS / POS implementation Hands-on experience in any one or more of the following tools: Zoho Books Zoho CRM Zoho People Zoho Recruit Zoho Payroll Zoho Creator Zoho Catalyst Zoho Desk Zoho SalesIQ Zoho Marketing Automation / Campaigns Microsoft 365 Dynamic Salesforce Strong knowledge of at least one programming language: Java Python SQL C Understanding of APIs JSON and third-party integrations.
