Role Overview

We are looking for a Software Developer/Senior Software Developer with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV to join our growing team and contribute to the development of industry-leading ERP solutions. This is a hands-on role focused on designing developing customising and supporting Business Central applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintain solutions in Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV
• Develop and customise extensions using the AL programming language
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party applications using APIs web services technologies
• Troubleshoot debug and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Collaborate with Product QA and Functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning stand-ups reviews and retrospectives
• Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions
• Provide production support enhancements and continuous improvements to existing applications
  
  

Required Skills:

• 38 years of software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics NAV development
• Proficiency in AL programming and extension development
• Experience /C# for integrations and custom development
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL
• Experience with REST APIs web services and system integrations
• Hands-on experience with Visual Studio Code Git and version control systems
• Understanding of SDLC Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skill and analytical skills
  
  

Good to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Functions Logic Apps and Azure DevOps
• Experience working on ERP implementations or product development projects
• Understanding of finance accounting or ERP business processes
• Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate)
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications
• Experience in SaaS or product-based organizations
  
  

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or a related field
