Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise WAN and Versa SD-WAN environments.
- Configure manage and troubleshoot Versa SD-WAN solutions.
- Support routing QoS segmentation IPSec VPNs and WAN services.
- Perform incident resolution root cause analysis (RCA) and service improvements.
- Coordinate with customers ISPs vendors and internal teams.
- Create SOPs knowledge base articles and mentor team members.
