Job Summary
- Lead the delivery of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including hiring employee changes transfers promotions separations and other HR administrative activities for countries transitioned to the HR Service Centre or without a local HR function.
- Assess identify and develop opportunities to expand HR service offerings to additional countries and business units. Serve as the primary point of contact for Country HR teams proactively managing escalations resolving complex issues and driving effective issue mitigation. Lead and contribute to HR transformation process improvement and global HR projects across the HR Service Centre and broader organisation.
- Oversee the successful transition of HR processes into the HR Service Centre ensuring complete scope coverage knowledge transfer and operational readiness. Develop review and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) process maps work instructions and supporting documentation aligned with agreed scope and governance standards.
- Collaborate with Country HR Operations Leads Regional HR Leaders and HR Service Centre leadership to validate documentation ensure process compliance and implement continuous improvements. Design develop and maintain user-friendly training materials including quick reference guides step-by-step process documentation and knowledge articles for employees managers and HR teams.
- Create and deliver engaging learning content including video-based training modules and quick guides to support team capability building and knowledge retention. Lead regular governance meetings including weekly and monthly operational reviews with Country HR teams key stakeholders and HR Service Centre leadership to provide updates address risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide day-to-day leadership coaching and performance management for the HR Operations team ensuring high-quality service delivery employee development and team engagement. Plan and manage workload distribution resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure optimal productivity and achievement of service level agreements (SLAs).
- Foster strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and customers by promoting collaboration proactively gathering feedback and driving continuous service excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Develop analyse and present operational dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor HR Operations performance identify trends support decision-making and drive continuous improvement across all supported countries.
Qualifications :
- Ideally having experience with Workday or other HRIS application and from international multi-cultural organisations.
- Leadership potential to act as team lead for a smaller team
- Solid collaboration skills interacting with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to deliver value from HR information
- Business understanding of HR processes end-to-end.
- More than 6-10 years of experience of HR Shared services. Knowledge of any HR tool (Workday PeopleSoft Oracle SAP or similar).
