Your Role
- We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant with SAP consulting experience to design implement and support Compensation and Variable Pay solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors landscape.
- The consultant will collaborate with HR Compensation & Benefits teams and business stakeholders to streamline compensation planning processes configure reward programs and ensure alignment with organizational compensation strategies.
- The role involves requirements gathering solution design configuration testing deployment and post-production support while driving best practices across global compensation and performance management processes.
Your profile
- 10 years of SAP consulting experience with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable configure and implement Compensation and Variable Pay solutions.
- Gather business requirements and support salary bonus and incentive planning compensation templates budgets eligibility rules and workflows.
- Collaborate with HR business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver Compensation with Employee Central and other SuccessFactors modules.
- Conduct workshops fit-gap analysis testing UAT and deployment functional specifications and support custom developments.
- Provide user training production support and issue in global implementations enhancements and support projects.
- SAP SuccessFactors Compensation certification and strong stakeholder management skills are preferred.
