Requirements:

A ServiceNow SPM Architectto lead the design implementation and governance of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)solutions for large-scale enterprise clients. The role will be pivotal in driving portfolio transformation financial governance and value realizationacross IT and business investments.

Key Skills & Experience

Mandatory

• 10-15 years of IT experience with minimum 5 years in ServiceNow architecture.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow SPM (PPM) module implementation.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale enterprise transformations.
• Experience in client-facing roles within SI (System Integrator) environments.

Technical Expertise

• ServiceNow platform capabilities
• SPM / PPM module
• Flow Designer Business Rules Script Include
• Integration expertise:
• REST/SOAP APIs MID Serve

Experience with:

• Performance Analytics & executive dashboards.
• Financial planning and cost modeling frameworks.

Key Deliverables

• SPM Architecture Blueprint & Solution Design Documents.
• Portfolio Governance Framework (aligned to client strategy).
• Financial tracking models (budget vs actuals forecast accuracy).
• Executive dashboards (KPI/OKR tracking).
• Integration architecture and data models.
