Hiring: ServiceNow Senior ITSM Developer

Location: Pune Work Mode: Hybrid / WFO

Budget: Up to 35 LPA

We are hiring a ServiceNow Senior ITSM Developer with strong hands-on experience in ITSM modules and development. If youre passionate about building scalable solutions and working on end-to-end implementations this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and enhance ITSM modules (Incident Problem Change Request Knowledge)

Work on scripting workflows Flow Designer and Service Catalog

Handle integrations using REST/SOAP IntegrationHub and MID Server

Perform debugging performance optimization and end-to-end development

Ensure alignment with ITIL practices and CMDB/CSDM fundamentals

Required Skills & Experience:

8 years overall experience

Minimum 5 years in ServiceNow ITSM development (mandatory)

Strong expertise in JavaScript Glide API

Hands-on with SLA Flow Designer and integrations

Good understanding of ITIL processes
