Job Summary
Seeking a ServiceNow SAM Professional with hands-on experience in implementing
configuring and supporting ServiceNow SAM Pro solutions. The role focuses on software
license compliance software asset lifecycle management optimization reconciliation and
integration with enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and configure ServiceNow SAM Pro modules.
Manage software asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement.
Configure software models entitlements contracts and license positions.
Perform software normalization reconciliation reclamation and compliance
activities.
Conduct software license audits and ensure compliance with vendor agreements.
Identify software optimization and cost-saving opportunities.
Develop dashboards reports and compliance metrics.
Integrate ServiceNow SAM with Discovery SCCM/MECM Intune CMDB ITSM and
other enterprise tools.
Collaborate with Procurement Finance Vendor Management and IT Operations
teams.
