Role Summary
Manage end-to-end delivery of implementations and enhancements ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and budget while meeting quality and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Project implementations
Plan execute and track project scope develop and maintain project plans schedule and budget
Track milestones dependencies risks and issues
Manage stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams
Ensure adherence to Agile/Waterfall SDLC and ServiceNow best practices
Provide regular status updates and project documentation
Required Skills
Strong project management experience
Good understanding of ServiceNow platform and ITIL processes
Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
