Job Description

We are looking for an experiencedServiceNow Portal Developerto design develop customize and maintain ServiceNow portals and applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow portal development scripting integrations and UI customization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customizeServiceNow Service Portalcomponents widgets pages and themes.
• Work withHTML CSS JavaScript AngularJS and ServiceNow scripting.
• Configure and customizeCatalog Items Record Producers Client Scripts UI Policies and UI Actions.
• Develop and maintainBusiness Rules Script Includes and Glide APIs.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems usingREST/SOAP APIs.
• Troubleshoot portal issues and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices security standards and coding guidelines.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience withService Portal and ServiceNow scripting.
• Proficiency inJavaScript HTML CSS and AngularJS.
• Good understanding ofService Catalog ITSM ACLs and Glide APIs.
• Experience withREST/SOAP integrations.
• Strong debugging problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Experience withUI Builder / Employee Center.
• ServiceNowCSA/CAD certification.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
