Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer with 3-8 years of experience in designing developing and implementing ServiceNow ITSM solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring ITSM modules scripting workflows integrations and platform customization while following ServiceNow best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design develop configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM applications.
Implement and enhance ITSM modules including Incident Problem Change Request Service Catalog Knowledge Management and CMDB.
Develop Business Rules Client Scripts UI Policies UI Actions Script Includes ACLs and Scheduled Jobs.
Build and maintain Catalog Items Record Producers Order Guides and Flow Designer workflows.
Create and customize forms tables notifications reports dashboards and SLAs.
Develop integrations using REST APIs SOAP Web Services IntegrationHub and MID Server.
Work on CMDB data management and support Discovery-related activities.
Troubleshoot platform issues optimize system performance and provide production support.
Collaborate with business stakeholders functional consultants and technical teams to gather and implement requirements.
Follow ServiceNow development best practices coding standards and Agile methodologies.
Required Skills
3-8 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules.
Proficiency in JavaScript Glide API ServiceNow scripting and Flow Designer.
Experience with Business Rules Client Scripts UI Policies UI Actions Script Includes ACLs and Notifications.
Hands-on experience in Service Catalog Workflows and Flow Designer.
Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations IntegrationHub and MID Server.
Experience with CMDB concepts and ServiceNow platform administration.
Good understanding of ITIL processes.
Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in ITOM Discovery HRSD CSM or SPM is an added advantage.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred.
Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is a plus.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Education
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
