Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer with 3-8 years of experience in designing developing and implementing ServiceNow ITSM solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring ITSM modules scripting workflows integrations and platform customization while following ServiceNow best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design develop configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM applications.
  • Implement and enhance ITSM modules including Incident Problem Change Request Service Catalog Knowledge Management and CMDB.
  • Develop Business Rules Client Scripts UI Policies UI Actions Script Includes ACLs and Scheduled Jobs.
  • Build and maintain Catalog Items Record Producers Order Guides and Flow Designer workflows.
  • Create and customize forms tables notifications reports dashboards and SLAs.
  • Develop integrations using REST APIs SOAP Web Services IntegrationHub and MID Server.
  • Work on CMDB data management and support Discovery-related activities.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues optimize system performance and provide production support.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders functional consultants and technical teams to gather and implement requirements.
  • Follow ServiceNow development best practices coding standards and Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

  • 3-8 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript Glide API ServiceNow scripting and Flow Designer.
  • Experience with Business Rules Client Scripts UI Policies UI Actions Script Includes ACLs and Notifications.
  • Hands-on experience in Service Catalog Workflows and Flow Designer.
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations IntegrationHub and MID Server.
  • Experience with CMDB concepts and ServiceNow platform administration.
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes.
  • Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in ITOM Discovery HRSD CSM or SPM is an added advantage.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred.
  • Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is a plus.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
