Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM Architect
Location: Remote
Experience: 8 yrs
Key Responsibilities:
- Design ITOM architecture covering Discovery Service Mapping Event Management and CMDB.
- Define and implement ITOM best practices standards and governance.
- Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with monitoring and enterprise systems.
- Lead CMDB health data quality and service modeling initiatives.
- Collaborate with infrastructure application security and business teams.
- Provide technical leadership and support solution delivery.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB.
- Hands-on expertise in Discovery Service Mapping and Event Management.
- Knowledge of CSDM integrations APIs and ITIL processes.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale ITOM solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience: 8 years in IT/ServiceNow with 3 years in ITOM architecture.
