ServiceNow Integration Hub Engineering Lead
Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Lead to drive the strategic design development and optimization of enterprise-wide integration solutions within the IT Services this pivotal role you will serve as the technical authority for the ServiceNow Integration Hub ensuring seamless connectivity between disparate systems and data sources. The position demands a deep understanding of complex integration architectures with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency through advanced workflow automation and robust data transformation strategies. This leadership role is critical for maintaining the integrity of our digital ecosystem and supporting the organizations broader technology objectives.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable integration patterns using the ServiceNow Integration Hub to connect internal and external applications.
- Lead the end-to-end design and execution of API management strategies ensuring secure and efficient data exchange across the enterprise.
- Oversee the development of complex data transformation logic to ensure accuracy and consistency across integrated systems.
- Drive the automation of business processes and workflows eliminating manual interventions to improve speed and reliability.
- Diagnose and resolve intricate integration issues performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence and minimize downtime.
- Manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for integration projects adhering to best practices in coding standards and quality assurance.
- Maintain strict version control over all integration artifacts and configuration files to ensure traceability and collaboration.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in API Management including the design deployment and governance of REST and SOAP services.
- Advanced proficiency in data transformation techniques and tools required for complex data mapping and migration scenarios.
- Demonstrated experience in building and managing workflow automation solutions within enterprise environments.
- Strong background in developing and maintaining enterprise integration solutions with a specific focus on ServiceNow Integration Hub capabilities.
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving integration failures in real-time.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Mastery of version control systems to manage code repositories and facilitate collaborative development.
- Specific hands-on experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub configuration scripting and module customization.
- Minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant professional experience in systems integration and engineering leadership.
