Job Summary

ServiceNow Integration Architect

Experience: 10 Years

Location: Pan India

Role Summary

Responsible for designing architecting and governing integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications ensuring secure scalable and efficient solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Design and lead ServiceNow integration solutions.
Define integration architecture standards and best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure integration security performance and reliability.
Provide technical guidance and architectural governance.

Required Skills

Strong ServiceNow platform knowledge (ITSM ITOM HRSD CSM etc.)
Integration Hub Flow Designer MID Server
REST/SOAP APIs JSON XML
JavaScript and ServiceNow Scripting
Experience with middleware/integration platforms (MuleSoft Boomi Azure Integration Services etc.)
Understanding of OAuth SAML and API security
Cloud exposure (Azure/AWS preferred)
